Teams are responsible for choosing, applying for and funding tournaments. If tournament application opens up while evaluations are still going on, your division coordinator may have applied for tournaments on behalf of the division. Please check with them first or with the Manager Coordinator.
- The list will open for viewing prior to being opened for application
- There is no urgency to apply–tournaments do not accept teams on a first come, first served basis
- You will be contacted by the tournament organizer with further information on what you need to do to get accepted

Tournament entry and any schedule changes must be sent to:
Usually the tournament organizer will send you a package that includes schedules, rules and related information. Forward all of this to your team.
Go through the rules and make sure your coaches are aware of them.
If you have not received a schedule from the tournament organizer a couple weeks before the tournament, contact them to confirm that you haven’t missed anything. Check the schedule for any errors (the correct amount of games, division, times between games, etc).
Send the entire tournament schedule to your team (some parents may want to watch other teams), but also include your games on Team Snap with times, opponents, locations, and assigned dressing room numbers.
