Langley Minor Lacrosse association is accepting online registration for U7 to U18 Youth and Women's field lacrosse.
Early Bird Fees in effect until August 15, 2025 at 11:59pm.

All registration fees are in Canadian dollars (CAD)
Registration and Required Documentation
- Early Bird Registration closes August 15, 2025 at 11:59 pm. Regular fees will apply to all registrations after that date.
- Payment and documents MUST be received and processed PRIOR to the player participating in any association activities.
- Please allow 48-72 hours for all documentation and payments to be processed.
- Your player will not be considered registered until ALL required paperwork is provided, forms completed and payment received. This applies to both RETURNING and NEW players.
- Please contact the Treasurer at treasurer@langleythunder.ca, if a payment plan is required.
All Players
Before being eligible to participate in lacrosse activities, all players must do the following:
- Provide a copy of the player's Birth Certificate by either scanning or taking a clear photo and uploading it into Ramp.
- Provide TWO (2) Proof of Residency documents by scanning or taking a clear photo and uploading them into Ramp. The documents must be current, show your Township of Langley, City of Langley or Aldergrove Residency, the name of the account holder and must be dated within the past 3 months. You can black out the actual account number if you wish.
Accepted documentation showing the player's residential address are (dated within the past 3 months):- Property tax bill (for the current year) where primary residency grant has been claimed
- Hydro bill
- FortisBC bill
- Cable bill
- Landline telephone bill, internet bill, or cellular phone bill
- If you currently rent and do not pay own utilities, you must:
- submit a letter from the Landlord verifying a rental agreement, AND
- provide one piece of Government-issued ID showing your current Langley address (i.e., BC Driver’s License, BC ID Card, BC Services Card (with photo), Tax Assessment)
- Our Club Registrar reserves the right to request additional Proof of Residency Documents. The player will not be allowed to participate until the requested documents are received.
All Players Must Complete the Player Form
New and Returning players MUST complete the Player Form to be eligible to participate in any lacrosse activities (the link will be available in the registration process in Ramp):

Residency Information
A player MUST live and reside in the Township of Langley, the City of Langley or Aldergrove to register with Langley Minor Lacrosse (specific proof is required - see above for accepted documents). Residency rules are set by the British Columbia Lacrosse Association and must be followed by all minor associations.
Discounts
Family Discount of 25% off all registrations is applied when one person registers three (3) or more players living in the same household. All three (3) or more players must start the regular season. You must apply to the Treasurer at treasurer@langleythunder.ca for this discount AFTER the regular season starts.
Team Fees
The team manager will work with the coach to develop a team budget (“Team Fees”). The Team Fees could include the following:
- Tournament fees
- Ref Fees
- Team Training/Fitness
- Apparel
- Wrap up party
- Trophy/player gift
- Team bonding activities
